- Baileys Irish Cream and milk chocolate ganache with a crunchy layer of coffee, wafer and white chocolate, in a dark chocolate shell.
- Creamy white chocolate and Crème de Menthe peppermint ganache in a crisp dark chocolate shell.
- A generous piece of almond marzipan with candied Valencian orange peel set in a rich Cointreau and orange dark chocolate ganache.
