A spectacular 80% single origin chocolate from Uganda, which also happens to be organic, with a sprinkling of cacao nibs on the back for crunch. It’s less bitter than you might expect with such a high cocoa content, with huge depth of flavour and perfectly balanced vanilla. This is one for the serious chocolate-lovers out there!
