As unusual as this bar sounds, it really works! Dried sour cherries and cranberries are set in a creamy Belgian white chocolate, with pieces of salty pretzel for crunch. The sourness of the berries and the salt in the pretzel help to balance the sweet, creaminess of the white chocolate.
