Caramelised white chocolate generously studded with roasted pistachios and dried sour cherries. This is one of my favourites; the chocolate has a hint of salt which cuts through the sweetness you would expect from a caramelised white chocolate, and the pistachios with the sour cherries are a match made in heaven!
All our chocolates are packaged in plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable packaging.
