A classic Marc de Champagne and milk chocolate ganache. encased in Belgian white chocolate, and decorated with flecks of pink cocoa butter. Marc de Champagne is a type of brandy made from pressing the skins and seeds of the grapes used in Champagne production. It gives the ganache a delicate Champagne flavour. Each pot contains 12 handmade truffles.
All our chocolates are packaged in plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable packaging.
